I have a phobia of dentists that can be summarized as debilitating bordering on self destructive that have come full circle because of one man’s professionalism and most sincere compassion for his patients. I came across Dr. Geller on a random web search for emergency dentist because I my tooth pain had progressed to the point that I was calling in sick at work and hadn’t slept for 2 days. It was about 11:30pm and I got an appointment for the following morning. Dr. Geller Listened to me and was honest in his evaluation of my dental emergency. He was not judgmental or demoralize me in any way. Dr. Geller treated me with respect and as a human being that was in desperate need of his professional services. He explained everything he was about to do and said what would cause discomfort and what wouldn’t. Medical professionals can at times be insulting and dehumanizing when frustrated with a patient’s serious condition that is by definition by their own design. Dr. Geller is only human and yet because of his sincerity, honesty and compassion for his patients, he has given me a chance to reevaluate how I view dentists and thereby the opportunity to save my dignity and self respect – not to mention avoiding pain that no one should have to endure. I went to Dr. Geller out of desperation, and learned that dentist are not all the same. Humbled by the compassion and concern for me that I have denied myself for far too long. Thank you Dr. Geller.

I have been using Dr Geller for over three years now. Great service and for a small office it always blows me away how much technology they have.

We’ve used Dr Geller three times now and we’re happy to say we’ve found our new dentist! Finding a good dentist in a new area is tough. If you’ve found this review, just go see Dr Geller and save yourself the headache. The office isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and well-cared for. The Dr is well-mannered, funny, and good at what he does. The rest of the staff were equally friendly(his wife works at the front desk). After being here only three times(self, wife, & daughter) I can see why patients who have moved away travel back to see him. In a conversation with Mrs Geller, I picked up that before moving to Milwaukee in late 70’s as a refugee, he was a dentist and oral surgeon back in Ukraine and she was a doctor. When they came here, he went to dental school here(in order to practice here) and has had his practice in the same office for over 20 years. When you go(as you should have decided by now) be sure to ask about their grandkids :) One caveat; he only takes kids after they get their permanent teeth.
