Get A Room

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! We booked hotel rooms through this company. The confirmation email we received was not the same as what the hotel received from the company. We spoke with several customer service representatives from Get A Room who were very rude, could not pull up a copy of the confirmation email that was sent to us, and their reps could not get our names correct when addressing us on the phone. It was just short of a nightmare. I do not recommend this service to my worse enemies. I can’t believe Unilocal uses them to book hotel rooms from the Unilocal website.

This company is the worst possible ever! They take your reservation but don’t actually make a reservation. Four months later they tell you that your room is not available and they have re-​booked you at another hotel without giving another confirmation number after repeated requests. After contacting the new hotel I found out that there was no new reservation and not only that but they have no availability on the dates required. So I’m just out! They SUCK. Don’t ever use anything with their name when booking any room. They make you believe you are dealing with the hotel directly but you are not. Horrible scammers!!!
