I’ve been kind of disappointed in Goldcoast Subs lately… I’ve been craving their veggie sub for a few weeks and each day I drive by they are closed. That’s the reason for my 3 stars, their hours were so all over the place. But I see yesterday that there’s a «for lease» sign on the door and that would explain why they haven’t been open. Even when they were rockin’, the hours were just strange. Either way I’m sad to see them close. The food I would give 5 stars because these subs are delish! They have been one of my favorite subs in the city but also the kind you don’t want to eat too often due to calories, etc. That onion/oil/spice mixture is just too good and better than Suburpia’s in my opinion. The fact that they have weird hours and are apparently closed for good, not good. I will have to hit up the other locations when I’m in the area(if they are still open?).

It used to be a suburpia but ftom my understanding goldcoast came from suburpia or something like that. The new owner is bery friendly and nice, i enjoyed walking into the store as it felt like i traveled in time a bit due to the 70s theme. The subs are still pretty good, though slightly different from suburpia if i can recall. Good chips, good sandwiches and a nice location. Oh and there is free parking for 5 minutes in the adjacent parking structure.

Awesome sub, I just had the Gobbler. It’s a small takeout place, but new decorations are pretty cool. Woman working is pretty fast and friendly. Sub was superb. Tasty meats, fresh cheese, spices and veggies. Nothing tastes fake or rubbery here, as opposed to the big chains. These subs are good for a treat once in a while. Price is average I think I can honestly say that Goldcoast is slightly better than the newer Suburpias. I believe Goldcoast was in this area about a decade ago then left. Recently Suburpia was here for a few years, and now Goldcoast just took Suburpia’s exact place.
