We love John’s Appliance! Recommended by a coworker a few years ago. They are honest, very knowledgeable and clean. They fixed our dryer a few years ago. now replaced the igniter on our stove. They are our go to guys! Thanks Pete!!! Showed me how to clean the inner oven door glass also!!!

I’ve been a customer of John’s Appliance for over 15 years. We bought a refurbished stove there – because my husband insists on a pilot light for the oven, and the new ones have long abandoned that. This purchase worked out so well that a few years later we went back and got a refurbished dryer. These appliances have certainly worked as well as new ones would have – perhaps better. Over the years they’ve also serviced our washer and refrigerator. Their repairs work; their prices are reasonable and their diagnoses are painfully honest – we just replaced an old ~12years? dishwasher because Pete told us it was not worth repairing it as the motor’s almost gone.

A rare honest business! I’ve had 2 experiences with home service calls and both servicemen were so honest about the least expensive options for my appliance. The most recent experience was with Pete, who eventually suggested that I install the gas dryer and have him return for the more technical work(he needed to return for another appliance, so there wouldn’t be another charge). We’ve all been burned by repair companies that bilk us for as much as they can, so let’s bring business to this fair, honest business!

So when you hear that thump thump from your dryer and then it stops drying who do you call? Well in Milwaukee, I call John’s Appliance Service and Sales. Given I have a number of rental properties up in Milwaukee, I often have tenants calling to say the stove stopped heating, the refrigerator stopped cooling, the washer won’t wash or the dryer dry. John’s is quick to respond and does high quality work for a reasonable price. If there is a question about something– they call me giving me an estimate right on the spot. Even better for me? Since they have serviced all of my units– they will take my payment information over the phone saving me a trip(since I live in Chicago). Hate to get those calls from my tenants– but happy to know that John’s is but a phone call away and they service all brands of appliances quickly and at a reasonable price. It’s a definite win-win. My tenants get their issues resolved quickly and I have the piece of mind that my appliances are serviced in the proper manner. So the next time one of your appliances is on the fritz– give John’s a call. My bet is that you’ll be happy you did.
