Always a positive experience here. When I have an issue with my tire or if I need a sensor replaced on my crazy vehicle. The price is always good, it’s quick, and I always get good service. They will often let me know ahead of time if they see a problem even if they can’t fix it(as they only deal with tires). I will keep giving these guys business because of the good service!

I’d gotten a flat on a relatively new tire a few months back and had roadside assistance change it. I watched the gentleman look over my tire, and neither he nor I saw any visible tears, holes, or defects. I took my car to Mr. P’s, as this was the most convenient location. The gentleman in the dock took my tire to the back of the garage and returned saying that the tire had been slashed and was not able to be fixed, so I’d have to purchase a new one. While I thought it was sketchy, I couldn’t drive on a donut forever, so I purchased a used tire. I was planning a road trip, so I decided to give Mr. P’s one last chance yesterday evening. I took my car back to replace the original tire that I had purchased from Mr. P’s a few months back, as there was minimal tread left. Once again, they took my tire to the back of the garage, and came back saying that the valve stem was leaking and they couldn’t do anything for me, as that tire wouldn’t hold air. My car is equipped with TPMS, and there was no indication of a low tire prior to me arriving at Mr. P’s, or in the days leading up to my going to Mr. P’s. I explained this to them, and told them that they more than likely broke the valve stem when they were«testing» it, as there wasn’t an issue until they touched the tire. Not only would they not take responsibility for breaking the stem, but the manager went so far as to imply that I rode in on a flat tire. At this point, I was irritated and not too concerned with being congenial. They insisted that all they could do was put the spare tire on the car, so I agreed. They removed items from my trunk to get to the donut, and literally left those items laying on their garage floor, even once they were done with the process. I only noticed my items laying on their garage floor as I was backing out of their garage, in which the men all stood in the back of the garage and watched me load the items back into my trunk. In short, my experience at Mr. P’s was not a pleasant one, and I will not be returning.
