Nails By Tracy

I had a Groupon for a mani/​pedi with Sasha. I waited until shortly before it expired so when I called to schedule my appointment with her, she was pretty full but was able to fit me in so I was glad. I had to call her twice before she got back to me and I called her the day before to see if there was any earlier appointments available, but she never called me back.
My pedicure was great and she was very friendly. I upgraded to the no chip Shellac manicure and it looked nice when I left.
Unfortunately it didn’t even last a week. It lasted five days before one entire nail lifted off. I was really upset because it was supposed to last for two weeks so I called Sasha to see if she could fix it before I went out of town. She never called me back. Then I called Tracy to see if she would fix it. She was really nice and was able to fix it for me that night. It’s now Sunday and three more nails have lifted off entirely and one nail split and half of the polish came off.
I’d give it four stars for Tracy fixing my nail, but being completely honest it was hard to get ahold of Sasha and it really sucks that my no chip didn’t even last a week. They’re nice girls, but I won’t be going back.

I saw Sasha today for a Mani pedi (I had a groupon). She did an amazing job! She clearly cares about her work and wants her clients to be happy. I highly recommend her.

Bought a groupon to treat myself to a mani and pedi for my birthday. Sasha was so attentive, funny, never hesitated to answer my questions. It was a great experience! I just wish I would’ve gotten the shellac for my nails since I have a few chips already. Definitely would go again!

I got a manicure with Tracy for the first time this weekend. She was friendly, I didn’t have to wait, and my nails look AMAZING. I have honestly never had a better manicure. She shaped my nails SO well and painted the whole nail (you know how some manicurist don’t quite get the nail sides). I also got a great hand massage. I would (and have) reccomender her to my friends and anyone else!
the ONLY thing is I wish she had more shellac colors. She has lots, and all the traditional colors, but I am always looking for something a little more fun!

For the price, you get a great deal with Tracy. Friendly, provides pleasant conversation, lots of magazines and polish choices.
However, when I get a pedi, I want to be thoroughly pumiced and it doesn’t hurt if there is a short massage/​moisturizer thrown in there. Otherwise, I could do all the rest myself at home. Unfortunately, Tracy did not go above and beyond in this area.

There’s nothing gendered about a pedicure. Everyone can enjoy some foot loving.
Tracy was great. She offered magazines– «gossip or fashion?”– but we ended up chatting the whole time anyway. So soothing and pampery.
I was there with a Living Social deal, and she didn’t bat an eye. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased to write Tracy’s first review! I saw her today for a Shellac manicure. I found out about Nails By Tracy through a link on the Shellac website. Her website is perfect-​it was easy to navigate and gave me all the details I was looking for. I was able to email Tracy directly to set up my appointment which was great, but she is also available by phone, Facebook and Twitter. She accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment-​awesome! Tracy was fun to talk to and I really enjoyed my service. My nails look super and her prices are really reasonable. She also frequently runs Groupon and Living Social deals. I friended Nails By Tracy on Facebook to keep an eye on future deals. Two manicured thumbs up!
