On June 13th, my tenant accidentally left the water filling in the tub of the upstairs duplex. The water overflowed for hours until the tenants downstairs awoke to water pouring into their unit. My first call was to my insurance company. My second call was to Paul Davis Restoration. PDS took over and promptly began the process. Given the upper and lower units only had one bathroom, it was very important that the remediation process was quick. PDS focused on getting the highest priority work done so the tenants could move back in, while they completed the rest of the work. PDS worked exceptionally well with my insurance carrier to ensure there were no surprise expense for me when the job was complete. We had a fire in our home on July 13-we have had Paul, Davis assiting us in the clean up And rebuild of the house, they have been nothing short of wonderful! Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been kind and helpful, I am so glad we found them to help us out during this terrible time!

PLEASE, PLEASE review EACH invoice — line by line. Ask for one each step along the way — ESPECIALLY if your insurance is paying!!! You will see insurance fraud, overcharging and charging for work never performed. BEVERY careful — please!!!
