Pier 1 Imports

This place was huge. They had a lot of stuff for the bedroom and bathroom. Lots of candles, different picture frames and such at prices that were a little out of my range. They did have a lot of items on clearance though which helped. I’m not sure how different this place is to Bed Bath & Beyond, but it was neat to check out.

So, What is Pier 1 Imports? Um… just think of it as a store with a bunch of *crap* you don’t need but buy anyway. I affectionately say *crap* by the way. Listen, I love Pier 1 but do I need anything in that store? H no. I love to ohhhh and ahhhh at the pillows… I love pillows. And sniff my way through the store, like a bloodhound on a trail for the most perfect scent.
When I’m there I think… oh, maybe I will get a whole new set of dishes because their dishes are SO GORGE… then I am reminded that I have a perfectly good set of Crate and Barrel dishes at home. Lord. See what this place does to you!?!
I also like the addition of recent kitchen gadgets (again that you don’t need but kind of want). I love their cute coffee cups and specialty glassware (12 margarita glasses that are too cute to pass up? Don’t mind if I do.)
I will say it is a fun place to buy gifts… sometimes gifts for myself.
