Just last week I placed an order for pizza and wings using the Pizza Hut app. This was around 6:45 PM and I selected the «have your pizza ready as soon as possible option.» I got the confirmation email and I like most people didnt bother to look at it and figured it would probably take 45 minutes to an hour before the pizza came. 7:30 rolled around and no pizza so I checked the email which stated a 10:30 PM delivery time! I thought there must be some sort of mistake. I know places get busy but 4 hours to get a pizza is just unheard of.
I had to work at 9 PM so I tried calling the store to see if there was a mistake or if I could get the pizza any earlier, and if not then just cancel my order. I must have called the number which redirects you to an automated system 15 times and every time it tried connecting me to the store I got a dial tone. I tried talking to somebody on the automated system to tell them what was going on and to see if they could somehow contact the store and just cancel my order but they couldn’t. I tried a few more times and still couldnt contact anyone from the store. Eventually I just gave up and called Domino’s who delivered in 35 minutes.
Thankfully I opted to pay in cash so I wasnt charged anything but I did feel bad for the delivery driver who had to waste his time driving to my house while I was at work 4 hours after I ordered the pizza. 4 hours is just an unacceptable wait time, and with no way to contact the store I wont be ordering from this Pizza Hut location anymore.

I tried ordering for the second time now. The first time was online ordering, the order never showed, so i called and they told me they never recieved the order even though i had a confirmation. This time i called, and i called, and i called. 30 min strait of trying and trying again, either to wait and wait. Or for them to answer and hang up. Bake at home pizza it is…
