Terrible experience. I took my desktop in to have a wireless card installed and for general maintenance since it was running a bit slow. I told the technician that I had a lot of web research open and wanted to be able to restore my Firefox tabs when I got it back. I specifically told them to not clear the Firefox history and to NOT open Firefox but to use Internet Explorer if they need to get on the web. These small jobs took TWOWEEKS! And, you guessed it, the idiot opened and closed Firefox several times and I lost the many tabs I had open. They were not restored after I got the computer back and tried to open my previous session. This was a simple instruction and simple job and they botched it. I complained and no one bothered to call back to apologize, or better yet, to offer a partial refund. So, they did a poor job of technical service and failed the customer service. Too bad for them that there are plenty of computer service options in the area.
