Roufus Sport gym is an excellent gym with some of the best trainers in M.M.A, kick boxing, boxing and other martial arts. Duke Roufus has presented the fight world with one of the best MMA fighters from the Milwaukee area [Anthony Pettis aka Showtime], Scott Joffe who is partnered with Duke has hired some of the best trainers in the southern Wisconsin area and has the best training regimen to help people who want to participate in fight sports become the best. Duke Roufus also sponsors some of the best cage fighting events I have ever seen, Gladiators fighting at WI. State Fair Park and the Harley dealership on Silver Spring drive [next to Showtime Sports Bar].

This place is truly a hidden gem. I’ve been going here on and off, since 2006. The trainers teach from a ton of experience and it is evident by the caliber of fighters coming out of this gym. The atmosphere is great! The people here are all awesome and make you feel very comfortable. This is a place I will forever be going back to when I can. I recommend you try it out yourself, its worth it!
