STAY AWAY!
Terrible old, run down facility staffed by people who expect YOU to do their work. Smells like horse poop inside. Nurses are old and uncaring. Care is nothing like explained in the book you get from the admitting nurse. I had to pull my mom out of there after one day. Instead use the Lutheran House Hospice which is also owned by Vitas. It’s like night and day! More worth the $ 700/day Medicare is charged than that crappy old Ruth House!
