Avoid this place! Management here is the worst I’ve ever encountered. As another poster suggested, if you already live here document everything upon move in and move out. Apartment was in rough shape when I moved in and despite cleaning it thoroughly before move out, a significant amount of money was taken out of my deposit. If you can, save yourself the headache and pick another place to live.

They keep the dumpsters in the garages and the smell in the warm weather is unbelievable! We parked outside because the stench of rotting garbage got in our car, on our clothes, in the lower level hallways, in the elevators and our hallway outside our apartment (which unfortunately was above the garage so we couldn’t open our doors/​windows!)
Our apartment was filthy when we moved in — mold and mildew in the bathroom, even inside the water tank of the toilet! The previous tenant left it that way and the management didn’t bother cleaning it either before we moved in. Make sure you take lots of photos to document the filthy conditions at move-​in time.

After living here for a year, I would say this is a fantastic place to live if you don’t want to live downtown. The prices are reasonable and the management is fantastic. The pool and outdoor barbecues are great in the summer and the underground parking is great in the winter. The majority of the residents are med students or elderly with a limited number of families. I rarely heard my neighbors although I could occasionally hear the person in the apartment above me.
