My son has been taking drum lessons at Sound Check for a year and a half now. He really looks forward to his lessons every week. In fact, he says he wishes he could go every day. Mike is a great teacher, and you can tell he loves what he does.

Mike DJ’d at our wedding last Saturday and blew us away. One of our guests thought that Mike was a friend of the family because he was so familiar yet appropriate. Poor Mike had his work cut out for him when dealing with us… He requires each of his clients to fill out a planning form, something that I did not get to before the wedding. I panicked on our wedding day and had serious visions of the chicken dance and various other songs on the no-​play list that was in my head, but not on paper, and certainly never communicated to Mike. Somehow, he managed to play song after song that got the crowd involved and were all songs that we loved. He also takes requests, and has an incredible song library. His pricing is extremely reasonable given the level of talent and equipment he brings. Do not miss out on hiring Mike for your special event, he is fantastic!
