Great program s, outstanding staff. I’ve had a personal trainer here for 10 years and have been able to keep my weight in check, lose when I want to and maintain muscle tone. Special programs, such as diabetes prevention classes, as well as «tradition Y offerings, like Spin and yoga are great. Facilities are well maintained too. For families or for individuals, the Southwest Y is a good choice. I’ve been a member for 22 years, first with a family and now just my wife and I. A good value.
