Really enjoyed this place and thought my shellac lasted longer then other salons I’ve been to. Unfortunately I will not return ever again because my nail got so infected my whole finger was swollen. I showed the nail tech days later and they did not seem to care

I was in town for business and in desperate need of a no-chip manicure. I walked into the salon at 5PM on a Wednesday, and waited about five minutes before being seated with Rosie. She was very sweet and extremely meticulous, taking her time to make sure my cuticles were trimmed perfectly and the nail polish was applied perfectly, also. The finished result is as good or better then any no-chip I have received, even at much more expensive salons. I would definitely come to the salon again if I need a mani next time I’m in town.

I was a walk in, on a whim. They took me right away and I got a very detailed pedicure. No frills… but that was fine by me. Clean and I felt they gave me nice, friendly service. Definitely will return for a quick pedi when I don’t want to pay the crazy prices you find at the very high end spa’s.

Second times the charm? Who cares… I don’t want to find out for a third time. Came back after having a good first experience and was really not thrilled the second time. They rushed my friend and I after having too many walk-ins and put too many layers of shellac on my nails(after singeing my fingers in really hot remover)… …and my nail chipped that day. Not kidding. …fast forward a few weeks when my new nail technician had to soak, foil and soak my nails again before eventually having to scrape off the terrible job done prior. My nails were DAMAGED. Poor things are still in a 12 step recovery program.

Downgrade… I went back for another shellac mani and was less than satisfied. Although I had made an appointment, they rushed through it because they suddenly had a few walk-ins. The nail polish flooded my nail beds and there was a huge ridge of nail polish along my cuticles that chipped off. The shellac was outrageously thick. I think they put on about 8 layers this time around. When I went to go get them fixed at another salon, the tech said that the shellac was put on wrong and basically had to file some of the surface of my nail to get the shellac polish off.

‘Walk-ins welcome.’ NOT. I have tried going to this salon several times recently. Three times I was told to come back. The last time I did so, at the requested time, only to have the nail tech delay, delay, delay. Her attitude gave me the impression that this was not a convenient time for her. I left & tho I live in the area, will never go there again.

I was in the area and needed a pedicure badly. I took a chance at this nail spa. Couldn’t be happier. The couple who own the establishment were very nice. The wife did a tremendous job on my heels. It’s never been so soft after a pedicure. I’d visit again even if I live in Brookfield.

I went to Spa Nails for the first time on Monday and it was great! Everyone that worked there was very nice and friendly. The lady doing my nails was so nice and we talked on and off the entire time. She was very attentive to what she was doing and did a great job! I will definitely be going back in a few weeks to get my nails retouched after they grow out. I got the pink and whites and they look great!

This is a small ultra clean uncluttered nail salon owned and operated by a very pleasant couple. Their work is meticulous and reasonably priced.
