Subway

We were greeted at the door with friendly faces and prompt service. Our subs were made spot on. While filling my large cup with lemonade I noticed black specks in my drink. Having worked in food services I knew it was one of a few things. I let the cashier know and he pointed towards the fridge offering a beverage from there. (Not the point for me.) I asked to dump my drink to try again (Let’s solve this man!!) and found it was a dirty cup?! So he gave me a new one. I went for the lemonade again this time seeing nothing. Putting a lid on it and sitting down. After finishing my drink with my sub I went back for a refill and chose sprite. Sat down to close my cup and noticed floaties. YUCK! 3 stars because the facility was ill kept and the employees clearly were not trained how to clean properly. SOAK YOUR SODA NOZZLES AT NIGHT!

I wanted to let you know about some customer service that I am very disappointed in.
I walked to Subway there were 2 people in front of me in line that had had ordered subs.
What kind of bugged first though me is that the lady making the subs did not change her gloves in between these 2 people. The 2 people were not together either. Neither of those 2 people said anything so I let it go. Both people had onions put on their sub. I AM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. If I eat them I will end up in the emergency room. So, when it came my turn to order I politely asked the lady to change her gloves since I was allergic to onions by asking «Will you please change your gloves, I am allergic to onions?» (There were also bits of onions on her gloves too). She looked at me for a second, sighed and rolled her eyes as she went to change her gloves. When she came back I thanked her for doing that and said I appreciated it. No response from her.
Anyway, I paid for my sub and drink. As I was filling my drink I heard her (the lady who made my sub) mutter «spoiled bitch» under her breath.
I am very disappointed by her attitude towards me. I was in complete shock by what she said and did. Also, why wouldn’t she change her gloves in between subs? It was not busy so she was not in a rush.
