It smelled like urinal cakes. Filthy furniture that looks like it was picked up off the street. Why would anyone want to pay to hang out there?

This review is strictly for the hostesses and bottle services. When we first entered we were waived cover charge because we were celebrating a birthday and got a booth/bottle services. The place was a little on the scarce side for a Saturday night. First problem was we were not escorted to our booth we had to ask after a couple of minutes and then they scrambled to find a server. The server really didn’t do a great job and really didn’t check on cleaning up the old glasses. Just not what I expected when the club wasn’t even that packed. I thought we could get more attention especially if were are paying for the service and her tip was included in the service. The music is on point and had the crowd going the music was a great mix of old school hip hop, current hits and dance music.

If you’re a betting man, make sure the stakes don’t require the loser to spend a Saturday night at Suite. Bet something like an eyeball, kidney or bone marrow transplant. It will be a lot less painful, you’ll be helping someone in need and you will thank me in the morning. Find somewhere else to hold your dance party — like a crashed wedding, Lion’s Club or Walmart parking lot. Bus stops aren’t bad either. I see a lot of you doing it; it looks like you’re having fun. Suite, not so sweet.

Drinks were extremely overpriced. Party was charged 50% gratuity(based off subtotal). Staff was unfriendly.

Me and my two dancin’ buddies were scouring the streets of Milwaukee around midnight, looking for a place where we could dance the rest of the night. Most bars were not providing us with the requisite awesomeness. Enter: Suite night club. And enter it we did, despite the fact that I was wearing jeans and this somewhat dirty and casual black tank top with an Obama sticker on the front. And instead of a purse I had this big awkward messenger bag. And I was wearing comfortable walking shoes. I was the least clubby-looking person in the joint, but thankfully they did not care. $ 5 cover, ended up being worthwhile! Everyone in the place is dancing, or watching people dance. The whole center of the club is a big dance floor. You’ll see lots of girls in tight dresses doing sexy dances, and dudes coming up behind them to grind. You’ll see tons of guys hovering around the sidelines, wishing they were brave enough to dance with a girl or just bust a move themselves. My boyfriend, his friend, and I were definitely tearing it up. The music selection was pretty good — mostly top-40 hip hop(but I find that’s the most fun thing to dance to, for booty-shaking purposes). They also occasionally played a few techno-ish songs, nothing hugely weird or inaccessible, still had a good beat and was fun to dance to. The bathrooms were clean and had a bathroom attendant passing out mints and stuff. The one thing I didn’t dig about the place was the go-go dancers. It sort of kills my buzz witnessing the objectification of lingerie-clad women take place before my eyes. But let’s not start a political discussion about it. It’s just not something I enjoy about a bar’s atmosphere. It bothers me. 4 stars without the nearly naked ladies, 3 stars with them. And yeah, I may be one of the only people who would take a star AWAY for go go dancers, but hey. I am who I am.

Short and Sweet: If you like raging to club music while intoxicated, then go to suite. Always seems to attract the shadier type of crowd. Fun with a large group though. MUST be a little tipsy to enjoy this place. If all else fails start at Buckheads to pregame and head onto suite. A cover charge is ridiculous btw for any nightlife venue in Milwaukee.

This place is alright. I went on a Saturday night and it was packed. They played good music which is always a plus, it’s kind of ridiculous how many bad DJ’s are out there spinning for busy clubs. The crowd was interesting… the night I went, there were a TON of guidos!!! Can you really see anything with sunglasses on? lol a real mystery to me… Anyways, I’d probably come back. The bar was fairly priced for downtown but the shots were a lil small. I prefer Apartment 720 for my favorite place in Milwaukee to dance but Suite gets the job done

I don’t even know what the hell this place is. The worst excuse for a club ever? The djs are just awful. When I commented to my friend on this one night, he said, «What? But he’s from Miami!!» I didn’t know that made a dj better, but whatever. Suite’s only redeeming factor is they have great looking bartenders. I guess it is one of those clubs that tries to be a big city club, but just falls so far short that it’s sad.

Suite can be Sweet — the things I like about the club are the location, multiple bars, placement of the DJ, descent dance floor. Suite is located on Old World 3rd St by the Bradley Center & many other bars/night clubs. It’s only a walk over the bridge to Water St. These all are positives for the club. If you go to a Bucks game, you can go right to the club after or if you are bar hopping it’s close by. When you first enter the club there is a pretty big bar to your left. It serves you on all sides of the bar. Imagine an island in your kitchen where you could pull up a chair anywhere and eat — that’s how the bar is. This provides access for the bartenders to see you and serve you. Along the right side of the club is another bar. This allows more people to get drinks without extremely long lines. The service has typically been pretty good. In the middle of the club is a good size dance floor even though on most Friday & Saturday nights it’s packed. There is always room to get out there and do your thing. You never know I might teach someone how to Dougie… haha. The DJ is placed right above the dance floor in a VIP booth, which is cool because you can see who is DJing and basically walk up and make some recommendations. The things I’m not fond of at this club is the music selection. I am open to music but I would prefer it be mixed up a bit and definitely include some R & B & hip-hop. Every time I go here I rarely get either one of those music selections. The VIP area is right next to the dance floor and makes it almost awkward when you are in there just looking out over people. Unless you are a celebrity or with a good group of friends who are doing there thing in that area, it’s kinda silly. Lastly, it’s hit or miss with the crowd. Sometimes you may have way to many dudes and not enough ladies or it might be dead. I guess this is the life of most night clubs, so I won’t hold it against Suite to much. All in all it’s a descent place.

I give it a 3 only because the music was gud !!! I was at the Whiskey bar for 3 hrours before club hoppin to the Suite around 1 am… The place was packed… There was just no place on the dance floor… I felt the crowd was mainly high school /college kids so the atmosphere is weee different from the Whiskey Bar… I think i wud go here for some gud music that i can dance too…

Great music, but the crowd can be a little douche-bagish. Bottle service here is awesome if you can get a big group together.

Visited Suite as a member of a group birthday party outing, where the birthday girl was friends with a bartender. Because of this, we got amazing drink specials(we gave my friend’s name at the door, and received no cover on a Friday night, plus a special cup that entitled us to free Bacardi drinks until a certain hour, and $ 2 mixers otherwise, and not rail, either). The drinks were all of good quality and the bartenders, while busy, were attentive. Suite does not open until 10:00 p.m., so don’t head there planning to pregame. This is not that kind of place. The atmosphere is sophisticated and there is a dress code, although I didn’t see it being enforced necessarily. We had a great time dancing along with the music videos on the large screens!

Cool space. Went on a Monday night — Al Harris and some of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks were hosting a party there that got poppin’, but the girl at the door told me they regularly have crowded Mondays even without Al Harris. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised. Best Monday night nightclub experience I’ve had since the Hollywood Playhouse a couple of months ago. Good looking, friendly crowd, everyone dressed fashionably, and drinks priced reasonably. Chill guys, cute girls. Suite is one medium-sized room, with slick, svelte décor. Basically, it’s a dance floor surrounded by bars on two sides, the DJ booth on another side, and the roped off VIP area(which, despite the presumed exclusiveness, still got pretty crowded; maybe Al Harris had something to do with that) on the fourth. Wish there were places to sit for us common folk outside the VIP, but fun nonetheless. Worth checking out when you find yourself in Milwaukee, WI and get that itch late Monday and just got to go out.

Not a bad place at all — maybe it was coming here after paying $ 6 for shitty bourbon and cokes at Bootlegger’s down the street, but I thought Suite as pretty good. $ 5 cover on a Saturday night. Not that bad — and the bouncers weren’t obnoxious about it, which is always nice. At $ 4.50 for rails, drinks aren’t dirt cheap, but definitely cheaper than $ 6 down the street or about that or more in my home town of Boston/Cambridge/Somerville. There’s nowhere to sit down(unless you have one of the eponymous suites reserved) and it’s way too loud to talk, so you should be here to dance. Nothing too crazy with the music, lighting, or space — while it may have the pretext of being a super-trendy place, the inside isn’t anything too fancy or swanky — but all in all pretty good stuff.

Suite is located in the space that was formerly«Have a Nice Day Café» and adds a welcome amount of elegance to the Third Street bar scene. As the name would suggest Suite has private Suites available for booking with bottle service although they are essential private tables, a DJ, cover charge, coat check, and drink prices that are similar to what you would expect at any of the dance clubs on Milwaukee St.
