Staf is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and patient! I went there with two small kids and not once did I get that vibe that we were annoying or that they wanted us to leave. We are beginners at fish keeping and their was no pressure by staff for us to buy anything that we weren’t ready for or didn’t need. The tanks were immaculate. I could also tell that the staff just wanted our fish to be happy and live… they offer water testing (free or super cheap… can’t recall) and answered questions for me over the phone when I called after our purchase. I am going back to buy first pets for my young daughter there today.

I love this store! Healthy fish. Beautiful displays. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I am a fancy goldfish girl and its hard to find healthy goldfish in stores. This store has not only healthy fish, but a good variety. They have breeds i havent seen in years! Makes me want to buy more tanks so i can get more and more fish! –Also, the staff didnt laugh at me when i told them about my goldfish obsession.

Staff was friendly. The guy working there today engaged me and asked me about my own saltwater tank and answered questions I had about pricing and invertebrates. Clean tanks. Some of the prices seemed a bit higher than what I’m used to paying at shops in Illinois and Chicago but was a nice place!
