Walgreens

I didn’t find the staff overall to be as rude and generally disrespectful as many of my fellow Unilocalers, but I will say that I was checked out three times and had varying experiences at all three. The first time was in the photo department, and the lady checking me out was a bit rude, slightly inattentive to my needs, and more than a little hurried. The second time was at the pharmacy, and though I was nice and as polite as I normally am, she was not entirely so. Granted, the pharmacy was very busy, and many of the customers seemed overly demanding and not very nice at all, but I was reasonably pleasant indeed. The third time I was checked out was at the front of the store, and the jady who did so was quite pleasant, and I would go through her line anytime, but I will also say that I have had much better experiences at other Walgreens stores. If you have another Wakgreens option, you might want to take it.

My experience with this location has been less than comfortable. I have always been met with long wait times and long lines when I go to fill my perscriptions. I have been hung up on when calling to inquire about perscriptions and I have chosen to avoid this location whenever possible. I understand that many of the customers may be ill at times, but that does not seem to have occurred to the staff. There seems to be long wait times even when there are few people waiting in line.
I don’t understand why staff seem to be condescending and combative at times. I have noticed that if you are dealing with chronic pain, you are required to wait more than 2 ½ hours to refill pain meds as a way to control drug abuse, but instead penalizing people for chronic pain regardless if you have gone there for months at a time.

The cashiers are usually rude. Once in a while you get one who’s nice. The store front and parking lot is always messy /​dirty. The security at night distract the cashier from doing there job so the wait time in line is longer than it should be. And if you go at night, walk fast through the parking lot because there’s always someone asking you for change and and sometimes the person goes as far as following you to your vehicle.
I would recommend NOT going to this Walgreens if you don’t have to or at the very least try to go in the morning.

Closest walgreens to my house. I try to avoid it, but cant always. Employees dont like their jobs, and roles over to customer service.
