This Store is closest to My home. Parking has a Security guard patrolling the parking lot. +1 the The greeter at the door was nice. and offered me a cart. +1. This is Walmart cheap prices for almost anything you need. I like the fact that it has many departments under one roof some departments are better than others and value is there if you have time to price shop +3
Today I was here for a duplicate key. I went to the back of the store. Isles seem clear and almost too clear some of the other customers were shopping and to my surprise no one was in the department while I looked around for 10 minutes I decided to go to electronics they usually have some one there. The young man made an announcement overhead. long story short I had to ask 2 more people to get assistance eventually finding a person call overhead again to make the key. Staffing is definitely an issue here I usually get my fishing license here too as its all computerized.
Not to exaggerate I spent close to 40 minutes trying to get a key made. This was on a Sunday mind you staffing should have been better for the weekend. Next time I’m going to make my own key. It will be easy at a Walmart. They don’t have anyone working that department, I would have to say it looked like self service to me. Either way, I would offer to pay as it seems like they have plenty of cashiers in the front of the store. Before I left I helped a customer pick up a futon and place it on top of a cart. Again no one was around to help? Why? No excuses with record unemployment during these times.
TIP: Don’t wear a blue shirt at Walmart, and The reception in this building is poor for cell service I shut mine down as it was useless. Only draining the battery while searching for signal.
