B & Js Coin Laundry

Much cleaner each time I go. Parking lot less full and more machines working. I’m impressed. Not a beautiful place but a good enough place to do laundry.

My visit to the laundromat was the first time I’ve been there in years, and it definitely has gone downhill. I don’t normally go to laundromats as I have a washer dryer at my house.
Due to wanting to save some time and not spend all day washing four sets of bedding, I went to the laundromat.
I used six of their washing machine and I had issues with three of them. Machines would say a buck 75 but I had to put 225 in them, one machine was a two dollar machine that as I’m feeding the quarters in the digital readout would get the $.25 and then it would jump back up to a dollar. Just getting the machine started I spent an extra two bucks. Not big money but if you going to advertise price you should be able to provide your services for that price.
After a loads were done I went into the machines and two of them didn’t wash the laundry at all, the powder detergent was still powder detergent on the bottom of the washer. I had to rewash those and I use the four dollar machines in an effort to try to get a better machine that I could get this done and go home. All this rigmarole added an extra hour of my time at the laundromat.
The place is also filthy dirty, and one of the machines had what appeared to be poop in it.
All in all a very disappointing experience coupled by the fact that they don’t have a customer service number posted.
I won’t be returning
