Superior Soobie and Import

I’ve relied on Rick and his team for the past few years, totally happy with their knowledge, honesty and fair cost. They have serviced and made repairs on my Dodge 2500 diesel, Subaru Impreza and Acura. I hesitated to write this review because I’m afraid they will be too busy if many more people discover this gem in Gladstone.

I love S.S.I! I call far too often, message Matt, Clay, Rick, it doesn’t matter– they’re always trying to be as helpful as they possibly can. I’ve been around this shop for years, long before they were in this location, and I only see their quality going up. It’s nice to see a shop care so much about people themselves, while also still having a passion for cars. They are human and yea once in awhile mistakes are bound to happen– but they are never short of owning up to any tiny thing, and always rush to fix any inconvenience ASAP. The Owner, Rick, works in the back making sure everything is perfect. He’s one of the very few I have an easy time letting work on my car.
It’s also a very convenient location– right off 99e– easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to work with!

We own and operate Car Forensics a local Mobile Auto Service and Onsite Diagnostics Unit in Vancouver, Wa. There are some areas of auto repair where we cannot benefit our customers as much as honest brick and mortar shops. Two of these areas are Major Subaru Engine Overhauls and Diagnostic Tuning requirements on significantly modified Subaru engines. We are honored to have come in contact with Rick at Superior.
There have been times we have counted on his expertise to save our client’s time and money. His Breath of experience in the Subaru line of vehicles runs unnaturally deep.
