Dunkin’ Donuts

Friendly convenient forboth. The courthouse traffic and locals. I work down the block and 3 timea a week I go their for coffee and breakfast, the head girlknows my name, remembers my order by heart and is always Courteous and my orders are always fast accurate.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts ever!!!
I work near this Dunkin and patronize it every day.
It was recently remodeled, so it has a very clean and new look. The employees are extremely friendly and hard-​working, unlike many other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. When the store isn’t too busy with customers, I see workers mopping the floor, wiping down tables, and restocking the shelves.
Florence, the store manager, has seemingly remembered most of the regular customers’ orders. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile and: «Medium iced coffee, extra cream and extra sugar?»
On the rare occasion I change my order, it always comes out right! I’ve been to many other stores that are inconsistent in how they prepare coffee or food items, leaving my taste-​buds angry. Not this store! They always make my coffee perfectly — and you can’t put a price on that!
There’s a great selection of Donuts — sometimes they do a French Crueller dipped in chocolate, which is delicious!!! And they even have a special dozen of donuts for $ 19.99, where you can personalize the Donuts with a photograph using icing. I ordered them once and it came out fantastic and was a real success with the recipient of the dozen!
Also, the assistant manager Siva is also very nice — as well as all of the other employees. And the bathroom is very clean, which is always a plus!

Average dd. It is convenient for when I have to go to court. Fast, efficient, but not the best service.

Wouldn’t normally review a chain, but I’d like to start calling DD out on their inconsistencies. Some can do it right, others for some reason just can’t. This is one of those DD locations that misses the mark.
My test consists of ordering the same thing I always do, sausage egg and cheese on a toasted plain bagel. A pretty simple breakfast sandwich that’s hard to screw up.
So how did the Sausage Egg and Cheese do?:
Toasted bagel: The only thing that gives you a hint that it was toasted was the light brown around the edges and the light brown streaks on top. They left the bagel whole, without cutting in half.
Sausage: Dried out and firm. As if it was left in the microwave too long.
Cheese: was there, but didn’t hold the parts of the sandwich together. It’s supposed to be like the glue of the sandwich that aids in it’s mobility.
Egg: no complaints about this part. it’s your typical egg disc.
The location is convenient for me and anyone else working in the surrounding buildings. Stay away if you’re looking to order food. You’ll end up with something that looks and tastes like what a preschooler would make with an EZ Bake Oven. Get your coffee fix and move on.

I never patronize DDs*, and I guess this is why.
I presented the unusually warm woman behind the counter with a $ 1-​off-​$ 1 (legit corporate, non-​e-​printed) coupon that apparently doesn’t apply at this franchise (her bipolar self quickly derided me «YOU WANT TO PAY ME 10 CENTS FOR A DONUT?»). This woman, who appeared to be mother of her embarrassed coworker, proceeded to get corporate on the line for a solid three minutes, as a line formed.
The gingerbread donut could’ve been the saving grace, redeeming DD as their artificial products often have the capability of doing, but alas, it was merely a cake donut and lacked even artificial gingerbread-​like flavoring (let alone real ginger).**
The people here talk to themselves, but at least with the discretion of placing headphones on like they’re talking to a loved one or vibin’ to tunes, even if said ‘phones visibly not connected to anything. (I’ll give the establishment the benefit of the doubt and assume that the crazies must have been the ones responsible for no visible napkins to be had).
2 stars rather than 1 for DD store 342 138 ’cause it’s a 15-​second leisurely stroll across OCR from my building and since they eventually took said coupon (while acting like nothing happened, it should be added). Oh, and there’s some substantial ambient light shining down on you if you stick around to eat/​drink your purchase (s).***
*Well, I guess I just did.
