I dropped off my snow blower On January 19, 2016 and was promised that I would have it by January 22, 2016. I understand it was busy that week and they were unable to repair my snow blower by the weekend. Today, its February 5, 2016 and I still do not have my snow blower. Also, I called them on January 29, 2016 and I was promised to have it back by February 1, 2016. Is this a place where you want your snow blower or products serviced. I would give LIFFCO a zero rating but there is no option for it.

Not recommended. I bought a top of the line snowblower with a 3 year warranty. The price was OK, but follow up service was terrible. It took them two weeks in mid March to make a covered repair and do an oil change. Then they tried to charge over $ 100 for the oil change and a bushing, only reducing the price to $ 35 when reminded about the warranty. That was in addition to $ 70 for pickup and delivery, Their excuse for long repair time was the number of other blowers needing service. I guess they can’t handle their own success.
