Although the fees are lower then others, this agency is not proactive in prepping the adoptive parent (s) paperwork that is forthcoming. This causes a dramatic delay in speeding up the process by weeks and months at a time for all the different paperwork required. That begins to add up. They also nickle and dime you to death on fees. Even when asked for the paperwork to complete in advance, they still won’t respond for weeks. Also, the lack of communication and feedback on the process is horrific. We were first told we would most likely pick up our child in Nov or Dec and now it’s backed up to Jan or Feb at the earliest. We had no real game plan for the trip to pick up our child. They are not worth it. Stay away.

If you’re serious about adoption, please avoid this agency.
They will not process your paperwork competently. They are extremely disorganized. They will not provide you with links or follow-​up. And they will keep springing hidden fees on you.
I dealt with them for several years and it was a nightmare from start to finish.
