Thought I should ring in and add my two cents. I’ve had a few conversations with Dr. Sung and found her to be professional, dedicated and even witty(she handles our difficult conversations with a bit of humor which I really appreciate). I really like that when I’m in there at 7:30am for blood work she’s walking in to start her day. Not like other practitioners who waltz in while people are waiting. No, she doesn’t call me constantly(but she has called me and we spoke for a while!) but I don’t expect that from any doctor. I rely very much on the nurse practitioners who are competent, kind and qualified. Even the billing office is great and they have found ways to ensure I’m getting charged the right amount from BCBS(with all the appointments, it becomes very confusing). Regarding confusing procedural information — it’s true. There is so much to know about IUI and IVF. It’s totally overwhelming and so many of their directions confuse me! But honestly as patients we have to do our due diligence and do some reading ourselves. Once I read a book about IVF suddenly much of what the doctor and nurses were telling me clicked. There are many books out there that explain the procedures in layman’s terms. Anyone going through this situation knows what a horrid ordeal it is and how cranky you become! I am in my late 30s and have a low egg supply. I know the odds are not in my favor. I just consider this my last best effort and I am glad that I am going on this journey with Dr. Sung and Reproductive Specialists of NY. If I never have a child I will know I tried everything possible. And no, I don’t work for the company or am related to anyone in the office. ;)

Terrible experience at the Brooklyn office. My doctor was mean and very impatient with me. She even wanted to proceed with medical treatment before she did a thorough diagnosis, which I later discovered(from the much better Dr. Josh Klien at RMA) was something that the medicine she was trying to give me would have made the issue much much worse. Thank goodness I followed my instinct and stopped going to this practice. Horrid doctor.

Wow, Been going here for about a month, Nurses are ok, Secretaries are nice as well as lab techs. The Operation here is a three ring circus. One person doesn’t communicate with what the next person told them. As a patient expect to do all the legwork and research all for yourself as they wont remember much or discuss much with you. They lost one of my samples. They dont seem to care much about you except for maybe your money and i have full insurance coverage so that is not the concern, its the point. Dr Linda Song may be a Doctor by title and«Education» however in my opinion she is short cold and does not discuss things with you fully like a Professional Doctor would. She likes to talk money and ivf before other options. She just writes prescriptions without discussing. An ongoing event of unneeded tests, yes some are valid but does things without even discussing each step. Forget about a phone call. I would avoid avoid this place. Do your research on places ahead and dont make the mistake i made. This Place is a Joke unless you want to be treated like a factory farmed Chicken!

Love Dr Trivax!!! He is awesome. Not a fan of a couple other doctors, but he’s great. Also they are not really expensive compared to North Shore. Really affordable if you are out of pocket.

I had a similar experience has Ann. After failed attempts of 5IUI’s and one IVF, I decided to try an egg donor and sought consult for the Egg Donor Program. I was told that I had an 99% chance of getting pregnant. I later found out that that’s impossible at my age in reality its 75% and lower. I also had a consult with Dr. S and was referred by my GYN. RSONY uses third party Agencies for their Donor Egg Programs. They have a list of donor agencies which they claim to have used in the pass and had great success with, what they fail to tell you is that if you have any problems with the agency your on your own because they will not take responsibility. Please read the fine print there is a small disclaimer to the affect. I made the grand mistake of choosing this clinic and the agency that they recommended Loving Donation Inc. The Agency work by recruiting clinics by handing moneys to their nurse coordinators in hopes that they will recommend their agencies to their patients. Unfortunately, I was one of them I felt uneasy about this agency after I received an open ended contract form their lawyer and saw bad reviews on Google. When I decided that I could not trust this Agency and went back to the clinic for their help, they«promised me that they would get my money back and if the agency did not comply that they would never use Loving Donation agency again.» That was two years ago they never followed through with their promise and they continue to use this agency even though they are stealing money. This agency also has been accused of using European donors which is against the law because of the mad cow decease situation they have had in the pass. This agency has countless of complaints against them and RSONY continues to recommend this agency to their patients. Please do your homework when uses private clinics and third party agencies always go to a reputable Hospital they have their own donor bank and would not jeopardize their reputation by using irresponsible agencies.
