My family and I cannot say enough about Satisfaction Guaranteed. Jack and Vinny understood our vision and delivered masterfully. Our daughter’s Sweet 16 was high energy and the attention to detail added a magical touch to the night. When it comes to Satisfaction Guaranteed, we now have an attitude of gratitude. We have been blessed to meet this group of professionals and will recommend them to anyone needing master entertainers for their events!

This DJ hosted a New Years eve party at Leonards this 2016 New Year’s eve A fight broke out half-​hour before midnight the music stops and the bar stop serving alcohol for the rest of the night. customers paid $ 150 to attend the event which didn’t get music dessert or open bar for two hours. I called to see if there was any refund since they didn’t serve liquor for two hours and the music stopped and it ruined the midnight ball drop. Vinny told me no nothing was being refunded or done no credit no gift card no money back I think this is very unprofessional and satisfaction was not guaranteed. You charge someone $ 150 and they’re supposed to have food open bar and music until 1:30 PM and it stops at 11:30 PM you should most definitely or for your guests some sort of refund I will never go to an event where this DJ will be and I would never recommend them!

Satisfaction Guaranteed? No way! Definitely don’t live up to their name. Avoid them at all costs. Mistake on their part and no refund was offered.

Jack and his whole team are the best! We used them for our wedding and they delivered nothing but the best! You can’t go wrong with them, they’re the best in the business.

I recently got married and used Satisfaction Guaranteed. They were amazing especially Vinny! I love love love them! My husband and I had a great time as well as all my guest. Im so happy we used them.

I was sent here by Nadia at Pedestals, who assured me that they are a full service lighting specialist and would be able to do anything I wanted.
I walked in right after my appointment at Pedestals, and the receptionist at the front desk was very nice, but was unable to locate their «lighting book» and to come back a few days later.
I came back a few days later, and took a look at their lighting portfolio. Their porfolio was extremely limited, and it was obvious that they didn’t specialize in just lighting.
I only saw examples of club-​like and harsh lighting, and they said it wouldn’t be possible to do diffused lighting with the equipment they had.
In addition, I asked them for a quote for their services regardless and they said that Pedestals would have to provide me with one. WTF?
