I had a bad experience here, after waiting for 3 weeks for an appointment with a feeding specialist, they called 3 days before our appointment to say they needed to reschedule and the next one wouldn’t be for a month. We got upset and they said they will see if they could accommodate us and call us back. They never called back. So we called another doctor at North Shore LIJ and they were able to see us within a week. I’d avoid this place altogether.

What a bunch of snotty no education classless paper pushers. Not only is the staff RUDE… They are arrogant with nothing to back it up. Patient confidentiality is out the window with these jabber jaws. Just come in pay us first don’t ask questions and sit and wait and wait and wait… The staff Can’t Understand Normal Thinking. When conducting a patient interview the «assistant» should be able to speak English.
