My fiancé and I went to 4 Points for a Friday the 13th tattoo, and they were slammed busy, as we expected, but they all just worked super hard and got in as many people as possible, and did a really great job. I recently experienced horrible customer service from a very popular tattoo/piercing shop in Uptown Minneapolis, and immediately went to 4 points hoping to talk with Adam(he did my Friday 13th tattoo, and has an AMAZING portfolio) and luckily he was there working with another client, once they were ready to take a break we sat and chatted about what I was looking to get done, and went through and explained all my questions and concerns. Hands down made me feel comfortable, and welcome. I now have an appointment in one week to begin my half sleeve and I am beyond excited! The shop is smaller and quiet but don’t let that fool you, their are some amazing artists, with very reasonable pricing!

I have not met any of the other artists, but highly recommend Jes. I came in from the street and met Jes, who was very friendly and let me look at some portfolios etc. I have several tattoos from other places, but decided to book two with her. She was able to fit me in pretty quickly, and sent me a mockup of the design within a couple of days. I love them and couldn’t be happier!

Got a tattoo from 4 points just before they moved the shop. Nothing big, since it was my 1st tattoo. Scott was the artist. He seemed really nice and the design looked okay. I thought the tattoo looked decent the day I got it, but it scanned up really bad(which I thought was normal) and about half the ink fell out when it was finally healed. So, I decided to do some research and visit other shops in town, I got my second tattoo at a different shop, and this one was much larger. It healed perfectly in half the time than the one Scott put on me. no scabs! ThenI could also see the quality of lines were bad on Scott’s tattoo as well after looking at the quality of my new tattoo vs Scott’s. All in all you get what you pay for. Why be cheap for something lasts the rest of your life!
