I contacted them last week regarding a fridge, I was going to outfit my entire house. Once they found that out they raised the price while I was on the phone every few minutes! STAY AWAY! Bad company, bad people, bad business!!!

My electric range kept blowing a fuse and Home Service Plus couldn’t figure it out, so I decided it was time for another range. Couldn’t afford new, so looked on Craigslist and found this place.
It really doesn’t look like much from the outside, which made me doubt their business a little bit, but once I went in, they all seemed to have a good setup. They have used ranges (stoves), refrigerators, and washers that they refurbish and resell. For the stoves, the ones I saw were either $ 200 or $ 275. And you get 10% off if you love Jesus :) They said their main store is in Anoka, and this North Minneapolis Lowry location is just a satellite office.
I bought a stove on Monday, it was delivered in a 2-​hour window on Wednesday. Deliverymen were prompt and professional.
Stove works well so far — and the saleslady said they warranty their purchases for 6 months parts and labor, which is a way better deal than any of the private party sales on craigslist.
I like supporting local businesses, and this one seems to be pretty well-​run and guarantee their product, so thumbs up from me! I only wish they sold dishwashers :)
