This place is awesome! The décor really makes you feel relaxed and like you are at a 1950’s mofia secret party! The furniture is comfortable and stylish, the lights are dim making everyone seem like they have a secret, and the staff dress like they are from the zoot suit era. The drinks here also follow the same theme which adds to the feeling of the place. If you are looking for a swanky place where you can not feel weird about dressing up for a night out and you can hear your friend talk in front of you, this is a great place to try out.

This review is based on the nightclub. I think I found my dungeon; somewhere I can hide, enjoy great drinks and dance to good music. At first I thought it was part of The Exchange nightclub but there is a wall that separate the two rooms. Make sure you don’t get confused:) The space is nicely decorated in the 1900s. It is filled with cozy seats and dimmed lights. There is a nice flat screen T.V. hanging on the wall that shows a movie from that period, in black and white. I was impressed with their list of cocktails. I had a drink called The Exchange, it was sweet and delicious. I would definitely come back and try a different one. The crowd for Alibi is between mid 20s to mid 30s. Yes, It is a lounge so make sure to dress up nice. The only thing is I wish they had a big sign of RESTROOM somewhere since is a shared space. I had a hard time finding one, I had to ask a bouncer. Anyways, I will definitely come back and check out their food during the day. (Parking for the nightclub, get an Über!)

My coworkers and I checked out the new Alibi Lounge today and were thoroughly impressed with everything from the cave-like seating cubbies to the smooth, loungy atmosphere and great happy hour prices for higher end food to the friendly and warm bar staff! We tried the dollar oysters(delish!) lobster guac, tuna poke(giant portion!) and the Korean BBQ Lettuce Cups. All were hits with the table and we’ll definitely be back for more. Hands down our favorite part of the experience was our outstandingly hospitable bartender, Kirk. Like all the staff we encountered he was knowledgeable, unpretentious, and really fun to spend a few hours with!
