Ann L Norrlander, DDS

Dr. Ann Norrlander has been my dentist for more than 30 years, and she is the best of the best. She can do it all — cleaning, diagnostics, treatments, fillings, root canals, crowns — everything. Added to her top-​notch talents as a dentist is her very kind, respectful, good-​humored and gentle manner with her patients. Dr. Norrlander’s entire office staff reflects this peaceful and welcoming atmosphere as well. I always look forward to my appointments!

This dentist was recommended by a friend. Norrlander was fine, very thorough; hygienists were even better, personable, gentle — my mouth always felt super clean after a cleaning. The one and only reason I’m leaving this practice is the passive aggressive receptionist who would make scheduling or anything to do with the front desk a chore. Would only offer one appointment time when trying to schedule next appointment — would ask for other options… Nope. Would equivocate, then find one other option as if it were a favor. Weird. I felt like I was haggling at a bazaar. This same resistance to a smooth transaction was also in evidence when asking for my records to be send to a specialist that THEIR OFFICE recommended. I ended up carrying the records over personally to avoid more trouble. The front desk person is literally the face of the business; the client’s first and last impression of that office. I was not impressed and In the end, it was so unpleasant dealing with her, that I’ve gone elsewhere.

Not so much a dentist as a tooth engineer! Never tries to upsell cosmetic bleaches. Will make your teeth function better. Plays soothing classical music. Love my dentist!
