Arby’s

Service was alright, but took 15 minutes at a drive thru time and the food was sloppy at best with cold curly fries. Ended up not getting the sauce I asked for.

This Arby’s was terrible! I keep having bad experiences at Arby’s maybe I should just stop eating here. I do love the food it’s just the worst service ever.
My buddy and I had a half hour before a house showing so we decided to grab a quick lunch. There really is not much fast food in Uptown so we settled for Arby’s. Man we should have gone to a sit down restaurant though because we probably would have gotten out of there sooner. It was mildly busy when we were in during their lunch rush. The lady at the register was very rude. I was standing at the register and she was just talking with all the employees behind her and gave two shits that I was standing there waiting to place an order. I could barely understand her on top of that. She began shouting in front of me and I had no idea if she was speaking to me or someone standing behind me. It was definitely an odd experience. I placed my order, she took my name, and I went and sat down. We waited a good 10 minutes as I was pacing back and forth from our table to the counter. At one point Peter heard his name called so we both walked up there and there was no food on the counter. One of them was staring at the computer screen and at the tickets. They looked really confused. No food ever came up so we went back and sat down. after 20 minutes went by we saw that on man had placed his order, and was given food before we had our food. I then asked the guy «Hey is our food ever going to come up?» He asked us our name and then said he had been calling our names forever. Bull Shit no he did not. He was very rude about the whole situation and we ended up being late for our showing. Very annoying. Terrible customer service, rude staff, slow service, one star.

What is it about Arby’s that they make the best shakes in all the land? Also, what is Jamocha flavor??? I don’t care, I love it.
I only come here at drunk o’clock for greasy, late-​night chicken fingers which are OMG-​worthy as well.
Being in proximity to that stupid Rainbow Foods means CHARACTERS GALORE at all hours.
Why three stars? It’s an Arby’s.

Thank you Arby’s for your great service! I ordered a roast beef platter for my election night party. I didn’t have any great expectations and I just thought they did a great job. I called a day ahead of time and the had my food ready right when I needed to pick it up and it was very nice of the manager to come out and thank me for my business. He even threw in some curly fries and a jamocha shake. Great guy!
It was a big hit at the party and people enjoyed making their own sandwiches. Plus I have enough Arby’s sauce to last me for 4 months.

Love this Arby’s. It’s convinient, fast service, confortable seattings and a nice decoration (for a fast food place). You’ll always find a parking spot too, at any time, anyday. Arby’s has my kind of food, it’s good mood food, why would you want to be in a good mood? Roast beef? Fresh, Cheddar? tasty, Curly Fries? unbeatable.

Used it as a landmark to meet up with some buddies on tour. The place seems like it doesn’t often get too busy with so many other great places to eat in Uptown but what else do you expect form an Arby’s? :) Nothin special here.

I hadn’t been here in a few years so stopped by on a Saturday morning after visiting the Farmers Market. Only two other people in the place so received quick service. Food was hot and good. One of the tables needed cleaning so we had to sit at another table.
Left and went on my way for the rest of a wonderful weekend.
