I purchased a set knives from here 10 years ago and I love them. They are great quality, stay really sharp, and still look like new after a decade of use. I get them professionally sharpened once a year and they are as good as new. Yes, they were expensive, but as the saying goes, «you get what you pay for.» The Chicago cutlery set that was given to me a few years before I purchased these, is long gone – the handles warped, the blades were flimsy, and they never stayed sharp! Would totally recommend these knives if you cook a lot.

We went to a bridal show, back in 2013, apparently won a free trip. Great! Right? Dead wrong, we ended up buying a set for $ 45 a month, figured it would be a while before we bought our own home so it was okay. Been paying 2 years automatically taken out, no problems. Now comes July 1, 2015, apparently they couldn’t take out the 45 from my account, which had money in it, as always. Fast forward to the 15th, get an email saying it wasn’t taken out because there were no funds and to call them. Called, no answer, as usual, they are absolutely terrible with answering their phones. Now life goes on and we got busy with work and kids blah blah. Fast forward yet again to the 21st, I get an email stating that the money wasn’t taken out and they cannot get a hold of us so therfore they are closing the account. Mind you there is about 500 left from the 2500 original amount(stupid expensive I know). So we have paid off a total of 2000 dollars correct plus 75 yearly to keep it «stored» even though after half is paid they are supposed to send you your cookware?! We give them $ 2000 dollars to tell us in a matter of 21 days 1 missed payment they are closing our account and they will not work with us. Done! Over! These people are scammers! Sure you get some stuff out of the deal(maybe) but honestly I cannot stand these people, they rip you off for 2000 bucks and just close your account. We finally came to an «agreement» with these lowlifes, and will be making a couple payments for them to finally send us the stuff. I would give 0 stars if it was an option, and 1 if the cookware deems useable. Honestly the people that run the«business» are enough to make me gag, they are rude and pathetic, and I can say I utterly cannot stand them and I hope they go out of «business», after, of course, we actually get the stupid expensive junk we stupidly ordered pre wedding as a present for ourselves. Also upon further«investigation» a lot of their reviews on their page is also on Unilocal,under different names mind you, which makes me wonder, they are writing them themselves. Lol doesn’t take a genius to realize they are super shady.

Love this cookware! I bought mine over thirty years ago and the company just replaced my knobs and handles for free because they were getting worn looking. I have two sons getting married this year and have purchased a set for each. Great customer service, obviously. Would highly recommend.

Great cookware it speaks for itself. The best part is the lifetime warranty that backs the awesome quality. If you are like me and my wife the thought of spending a lot of money on pots and pans may be scary, but the best part is how Associated Consultants works with you. The customer service is above average and extremely nice. If you can fit it in your budget I would definitely recommend them.

Bought my set of cookware in 1995 when I was single and did the payment plan since I was a live-in nanny and wouldn’t need the pans right away. I knew this was a great investment and have added several pieces to my collection since then. The pans look like I just got them and I cook all the time. Now that I have been married for 14 years I appreciate having gotten my cookware early on. I go see them every year at the State Fair(where I got my cookware) and love telling anyone there for the demonstration how much I love my pans!
