Went into the store 3 separate times and each time received no greeting or offer for assistance. Waited 15+ minutes each time in an attempt to have a sales person assist, but no luck. The 3rd time I went in I finally was successful in getting a sales person’s attention, not because they offered to help but because I waited right next to them. The person was extremely rude, would not give me pricing information for the 55 handles I need for my kitchen and gave me a black and white print out to show the various colors offered. Not sure how that is supposed to do me any good. After 3 attempts I am not going back. I provided more than enough tries for them to get it right.
