Decent BK location. I can’t say they’ve ever messed up an order of mine, and I’ve come here on and off for like fifteen years. Nothing really to complain about here. It’s my go to when I want a whopper STAT. Service, occasionally, can be a tad slow, but that’s par for the course. I’d rather they take a few extra minutes and get things right than being quick and getting subpar food.

Has a play place on the inside. Richfield is a little ghetto and dirty so I’m sure there are more upscale BK’s out there(except the one on 98th& Nicollete in Bloomington, they SUCK). The drive-thru window is unusually high up and the service was at an okay speed. Quality of food and level of customer service were good though. Visited last night after a terrible experience with the Richfield McDonalds that neither myself of my friends will patronize ever again. I’ve heard good things about the new«Chicken Fries,» although I’ve heard that they get nasty after you’ve eaten enough of them.

Burger King accounted for 10−15% of my diet when I was traveling for work. I could not resist the alure of their strangely tasty original chicken sandwich late at night when I forgot to eat dinner and could not figure out what I really wanted to eat. I’ve generally been pleased with my experiences at Burger King restaurants. I was lured into this particular location by the $ 1.04 chicken sandwich deal that hit the airwaves ahead of the weekend before July 4th. I had to get my fix. Like I said, I find the original chicken sandwich strangely pleasing to my taste buds. However, this location dropped the ball. The service was nice, but the chicken sandwiches were prepared in an indifferent manner. The mayonnaise was slapped on unevenly and there were maybe a couple shreds of lettuce.
