Calhoun Greenway Apartments

You say that Be was built with parking in mind but with a SUDIO apartment STARTING at over $ 1200 for just 500 sq. ft. you would think that you had a better office staff too.

The Greenway is the most horrid complex/​company Ive ever rented from. When I moved into my apt it was FILTHY from the ceiling fans to the baseboards and all surfaces inbetween. I asked for a re-​do but it was still unacceptable. The units are run down… waste needs
sent down the toilet multiple times, the water in shower takes 5 minutes to heat up and the kitchen sink water never does get hot. Ive asked for work requests on all these items… it takes Maintenance at least 1 do-​over on all jobs and theyre never really fixed. I went to management… he has the personality and customer service of a dead fish. Absolutely no concern for my experience. I hit the wall last week when I asked the management office to simply leave a set of keys for my 14 year old daughter to gain entry to the building. Guess what? The keys did not work and she was stranded. Do not rent here… go up the street to Excelsior and Grand. Just a touch more $$
they treat you like royalty. This place is a dump.

I’m not sure why this place has poor reviews, but I love it here! Management is always friendly and available, maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, and all the amenities are great. Really close to a lot of fun places to. Very happy with my experience so far.
