I’ve learned that at the expression«you get what you pay for» applies no where more than at Chinese restaurants. I’ve had the 7 Stars Around the Moon, Kung Pao Chicken, and Szechuan Chicken, but everything here tastes exactly the same no matter what you get, so it doesn’t really matter what you order. Cream Cheese Wontons were good.

Delivery is always perfect! Food gets to my door in a timely manner, and is always hot and delicious! The online ordering option is very easy to navigate. Convenient and consistently good Chinese food.

I order Chinese express at least twice a week! Very prompt and everything always tastes AMAZING. General tso’s tofu is the best tofu dish I have EVER had. Their vegetable fried rice is to die for. I couldn’t survive without Chinese express. I love it!

Food is on point here for a quick service Chinese place. Try the steamed dumplings-Super Amazing as is the sauce they come with. Great deal on lunch specials. Call ahead and you can drive thru and pick up at the window. Made to order so it will take a bit if going in and ordering but better fresh then sitting out for awhile.

First time ordering. Online ordering was smooth & easy. Delivery was exactly on time — no waiting! The meat wontons and Cream cheese wontons were dainty — but, extra points because they were hand made. The cream cheese wontons were not too sweet, which is also a plus. The dumplings were not hand made, but what can you do? The beef with broccoli was great: lots of meat, lots of broccoli. Broccoli was not overdone. I loved how this dish was not swimming in sauce, like you find at other Chinese take out places. The General Tso chicken was delish: perfectly tangy sweet with a hint of spice. Again, not overly saucy. Big portions. Cheap prices. A word to the wise: no option to write in tip(that I saw), so make sure you have cash to tip for delivery. Great option for American-ized Chinese take out. We will be ordering again!

Ive been getting chineese food from here for a while and I haven’t found anything better. There cream cheese wantons are excelant and there shrimp low-main is so good they are not stingy with the amount of shrimp.

A real gem. I love this place. Maybe because it’s close, and maybe because it’s one of the few non-pizza places that delivers to my house. Healthy mix of sweet and syrupy stuff and spicy/savory stuff. I recommend the house lo mein and steamed dumplings. Note: This place doesn’t have seating. It’s carry-out, drive-thru, and delivery only. And if you get drive-thru or carry-out, be prepared to wait. They cook everything to order.(And that’s a good thing.)

I had purchased a voucher a few years ago and was waiting to use it as they do not expire. I am familiar with and when a restaurant is no longer participating in their program, will send an email indicating so. When I explained this to the manager, he said that was a «shady company» and that he would not except my voucher even though I had paid for it. Avoid this restaurant at all costs as they do not have their business operations in order.

Really solid delivery option. It’s our go to when we’re feeling lazy and in the mood for Chinese. Food always arrives hot.

Food was ok not great not horrible but I went through the drive through, only car. One order of sesame chicken. 20 minutes later… I could have went home ordered food and had it delivered from any Chinese place by my home and got my food faster then their express drive through.

It’s pretty good food, the delivery is fast enough. I like the online ordering. This is my go-to place when I am feeling lazy and don’t want to cook my own Chinese food. The sesame seed chicken is something special at least to me.

They are fast, friendly and the food always arrives hot. We get the sesame chicken and I LOVE their pork fried rice. The cream cheese wontons are crispy and delicious. I live at 40th and cedar and though the online ordering won’t allow me to place an order for delivery, when I call it in its no problem. The delivery drivers are nice, even when I messed the tip up once. Its a pleasant, fast and consistent experience. Recommended.

So, you know those evenings when your mind says, «Let’s do something regrettable» and your heart fixates on egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken and fried rice? When I have nights like that, I order from here. I order from here every. single. time. This food is NOT foodie-fare. It’s cheap, Americanized, Chinese-style awesomeness, but sometimes that’s exactly what this girl needs. Chinese Express is standard, but in the best possible way. They make their own egg rolls, and they’re well-seasoned and cabbage-y(which is the way that I like them). The portions are generally enormous, but you can order many items in smaller sizes(so, if you’re feeling like doing something regrettable but don’t feel quite prepared to cry into your pillow later, then you can order a smaller portion). The vegetables that they put into their stir-fried dishes are never overcooked. The little fried chicken pieces that they use for their lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken are always light in color, crunchy, made from all-white meat, and delicious. The peas and tiny cubed carrots that they put into their fried rice are just adorable. I’ve tried pretty much every chicken-based item on their menu over the years, and I’d order any one of those items again(the lemon chicken is my go-to, however). Food aside, I like to order from here because they make it easy. They had online ordering available years before others in the area began offering it. I like that you can log on to their website, choose whichever embarrassing items you want, pay with your card, tip right away, and never have to exchange a single sheepish word with anybody, the whole time. They always deliver quickly. Tipping up front has one other giant plus: when the delivery guy comes with your food, there is no awkward conversation involved while you fumble in your doorway while trying to sign the receipt. Try it out!

This place is a solid 3 stars. The food is just what you’d expect from a quick hole-in-the-wall type restaurant. I ordered the lo mein and orange chicken plates with a side of cheese wontons, of course. The food was tasty and for the price — you can’t beat it. They make sure and take care of you by providing ample amount of napkins, soy sauce, fish sauce, duck sauce… you name it. Beat of all? They deliver and they have a drive-thru service available. Can’t beat it.

The food isn’t that great but the eggs rolls are really good. Prices are very reasonable. Delivery was fast and staff are very nice.

Oh boy. Oh god. Wow. I’m in the middle of eating the food I just ordered. It’s so disappointing that I’m actually stoping everything to write this review. I read some of the negative comments about this place before I ordered and should have listened, but I wrote them off as the kind of people who complain about the décor — those who expect way too much from americanized take out. But the food… Oh lord. Someone wrote here that it tastes like it’s from a can. I laughed that off, but I completely agree. The rice has no flavor. HOW. It tastes like nothing, is mushy and instantly becomes a single lump of mush in your mouth. Rice. I’ve never ordered chinese that i didn’t like. This is my first negative experience. At least it’s a lesson learned.

I have seen this place a thousand times from 35W and always wondered about it. I was walking around the area and was super hungry. I ordered and they brought the food out to the table. Just a cool place! The food wasn’t greasy, it seemed like they took extra special care in the sauce. It wasn’t spicy, it was just perfect fast, American, Chinese food. This place is awesome. I got the seafood special. There were probably 8 big shrimp and lots of scallops. The sauce was fantastic. It was the king of Asian take out. I don’t normally sit and eat by myself, but it was therapeutic to eat by myself and just take in the flavors. They give you a great plate of rice to mix with everything I loved it!

I’m surprised this place has such a low rating, because our experience was fantastic. My fiancé and I were just leisurely walking down the street and decided to stop in. The staff was super nice, and didn’t pressure us to order immediately. The wait was short, and the food was fantastic. I think we paid about $ 16 total, and we both had leftovers. Delicious leftovers. Its small and basic, but you do get table service and real dishes and cutlery. They were even cool when we split a soda between the two of us. This place is clearly a family-run operation. During our meal, the mom brought out a couple of very well behaved children for a treat of chicken fried rice. So cute. We have yet to order from them, but I definitely plan on it soon!
