COCO Uptown

I didn’t know what to expect when I tagged along on a tour of Coco Uptown. After all, Coco’s breathtaking, airy, and ginormous downtown location is undoubtedly the king of all workplaces. (For God-​sakes, it’s located in a damn stock exchange room.) How could it even compare, especially when it’s adjacent to a CVS?
This is David Blaine, «how-​did-​you-​get-​my-​card-​in-​that-​beer-​bottle» sick. Why? Not only do they have a variety of nature inspired and comfortable workspaces, but also terrific amenities:
–A theater with moveable seats that allows for custom arrangements.
–Two intimate, yet industrial-​style meeting rooms that are great for presentations or hanging out with friends.
–A spacious kitchen that’s adequate for all your heating, cooking, and washing needs.
–A freakin’ community garden.
–A super cool vampire-​underground-​Blade-​ish looking bar. (Sadly, it’s only accessible to the owner.)
–Free gourmet coffee.
–Dog friendly.
–Unlimited WiFi.
–Free parking for members.
–A small auditorium.
–Pacman, all-​day, err-​day.
–Clean bathrooms.

Now, you might be thinking, «holy crap, that’s a lot of money for a space.» However, if you are thinking of starting your own business, not in love with renting out a space where you’ll have to put your own money for upgrades, and want to vibe off of folks into startups, this is a great option.
