Hey, They were open after 5. Downtown. And inexpensive. 3 stars and climbing. I had a flatbread and it was very tasty. And I couldn’t finish it, but my pal did for me.

Had the ‘Santa Fe’ breakfast wrap. It was ok. Not as spicy as i had expected. Service is great but receiving your food takes longer than other breakfast places on the skyway.

I would give this place 3 – 4 stars but the service has slipped in the past 6 months. Getting a to go meal even before the downtown lunch rush takes quite a long time. Most recently I experienced a 10 – 15 minute wait for a salad a little after 11AM. This used to not happen and there are rumors this is due to a change in management. Get back to your old ways Cosi.

I’m used to the Cosi’s on the East coast and was excited to eat here. My wife and I found this place to be subpar. The«wrap» had a stale tortilla that was clearly microwaved too long, it was more like a convenience store burrito. They didn’t have the first or second choice bagels on the menu, which they informed us 5 min after we ordered. Also our latte came late, we were almost finished with our food. This place has potential but is clearly mismanaged. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

I went to the Cosi at 125 High Street in Boston today for lunch and tried the new Golden Beet Citrus bowl. It was absolutely delicious! The service was great, and chef Philip personally came out to introduce the new dish. I was extremely impressed with Philip’s high level of customer service, and the quality of the food was great. Cosi has just recently updated their menu. I highly recommend that you go check it out! Thanks again, Cosi! Bowls: golden beet citrus marinated golden beets, citrus vinaigrette, carrot ginger salad, kale, golden raisins, orange segments, toasted almonds, ginger jasmine rice

Reasonable prices for a strong selection of menu items like most Cosi restaurants, but the staff at this Cosi have been consistently fantastic: courteous, accommodating, and patient with my kids specialized orders.

The people were nice, and the atmosphere was great. The food was so-so. We had a western croissant, came out cold. The coffee was awesome.

Yum! Pleasantly surprised by the food choice alternative at this place. I was looking around for the food trucks. There were only two on the street and neither of them fit the mood. Spied this place on the way back to work. My friend and I both ordered the Korean BBQ Pork bowl with the mutli-grain bread. We both really enjoyed it. The bread is nice and chewy and tastes good with a hint of sea salt. The Korean BBQ bowl was delicious. I loved the rice that came with it. It was filling, but not to the point of feeling stuffed. Very impressed with this place as a lunch option. It’s a bit of a hike, but who couldn’t use a nice long walk and a better option than the norm. The staff is delightful. So friendly and personable. Nice seating options either inside or out in the little IDS patio area. I will for sure be back!

I was eating there on Dec. 11, 2014 and ordered a egg, pepper and sausage fritatta on Parmesan square bagel and bit into something hard and heard and felt a crunch and realized I broke a tooth. I reported it to the manager and they filed a report. They took the food I spit out and told me to go to the dentist and send them the Dentist treatment plan. Today their insurance company called me and interviewed me and then said that the restaurant checked through what I spit out and found nothing hard and that they would not pay for my tooth to get fixed. I am not happy and will not recommend this restaurant. And if anyone has experience with this sort of thing please let me know.

My tandoori chicken sandwich was a bit disappointing. The sauce was very runny and the chicken tasted like it was the worst cuts of the fatty parts of the chicken. The saving grace was the friendly service. If I feel brave, I might come back and update my review after giving them another try.

Although it’s a chain I do still enjoy Cosi every once and a while. The process of getting food at this location is a pain but it is typically pretty yummy and I don’t regret it. I will say that the food tends to be smaller, higher in calories, and a little pricier than I would prefer but the flavors are good and the ingredients have always seemed to be of pretty high quality. The biggest gripe I have about this place is how busy it gets around lunch time, I recommend going early(11:30−11:45 at the latest) if you don’t want to be in a very crowded line. The atmosphere in IDS is cute with lots of benches so there is plenty of seating even if the designated Cosi spots are full; overall its a fine place for lunch.

Service was some of the best I have ever experienced in a fast casual restaurant. We were given latte samples in line. The line of 20 people took literally less than 2 minutes. The food was fast. But I want to call our the management and employees. All the managers were on the floor, constantly helping people with a smile. A lady dropped her napkins, the manager picked them up and asked if he could grab more. The sausage on my pizza tasted like food service/dominos sausage so I picked it off. An employee noticed and said«Can I please make you another pizza that you might enjoy more?» Despite the fact that I had eaten 75% of it. It’s the way service should be done. It’s clear the restaurant stands for good service. The food was mediocre at best. I like that their menu is unique, and I love any place that gives the long mediocre soup/sandwich option of Panera a run for their money. As mentioned earlier, they clearly use frozen sausage out of a bag, and their pizzas were almost too simple, not to mention luke warm. I would give the service a 10, and the food a 3.

First experience at Cosi. Not the best first impression. Service was great — everyone was super friendly. Place was spacious and clean. Plenty of seating even for a lunch crowd. But the food was horrible. I tried the new smart fit salad. Kale, roasted corn, red peppers, sweet potatoes. It looked and sounded delicious but the ingredients were low quality and not fresh. Next time I want a salad in that area, I will go to People’s Organic.

Décor: Inside the IDS Center, it’s quite a spacious restaurant! It’s got quite some depth and it expands a little into the Crystal Court. I love that the inside is well lit, with large windows so you can watch the street. And of course, the patio is lit naturally by the skylight and you can people watch. Only con is that they only have 2 outlets near the streetview windows. Service: Never had a problem. Both times I went, I had the same guy and he’s all smiles and quite accommodating. Extremely quick food. Food: My cappucinno was decent, cookies were quite good. I had the Turkey & Brie Sandwich, but I wish I didn’t have the spicy mustard(I hate that feeling of the spiciness travelling up my nose). Nonethless, it was a good sandwich. I do find their prices a tad overpriced, but I guess it’s in the IDS building… Overall: Good stop, quick and easy service with ample natural-lit seating!

I just had a generally good experience at Cosi for lunch. There was a line when we arrived but it seemed to go pretty quick. The wait to get our food after we ordered actually took longer. In particular, I ordered a tuna melt and that seemed to take the longest. The sandwich itself was good and not overtaken by mayonnaise which is a tuna melt pet peeve of mine. It was also very filling — could have even been split. I opted for carrots as a side instead of chips — I really appreciate the healthier option. All that said, it didn’t wow me. I would go again if someone I was having lunch with suggested it but it’s not my first choice in the skyway. A word of caution on the chipotle salad dressing — 3 of my co-workers had it and they all noted that it was really spicy. Keep that in mind if you go for that option!

Boy this place gets crowded! Pretty solid food and it comes out pretty quick. I had the Turkey Bacon Melt, possibly the most unhealthy thing on their menu(most of their stuff appeared quite healthy, but I’m a fat kid at heart and bacon make my knees weak). Tasted good, toasted just right, flavors from the spicy mustard(which wasn’t spicy because I’m a spice wimp) were bold without overpowering the rest of the sandwich. Not too shabby a place for food court food.

Well after lunch time, I was looking for a cheap eat in the downtown area. Sadly, on weekends most of the lunch places are closed(even though they show up as «Open Now» on Unilocal, but that’s another problem!). Here’s Cosi to the rescue! Not only are they open, but they’re inexpensive and they have«outside» seating. If you define«outside» as in the gigantic atrium of the IDS Center. Good for people watching and with the big fountain, peaceful. Friendly person took my order and he also brought the food to my table. Not wanting salad or pizza, I had a sandwich. Their«chicken club», toasted. Lots of protein in there and very good flavor. Excellent and I would have it again. Soda fountain featured Coke products and an urn of iced tea. I was pleased to see the«light» Minute Maid lemonade and had two of those.

Love Love Love! I do think part of my obsession is how easy this place is for me to get to(I work in the IDS Center), but the other four stars are for the FOOD! I have eaten here for breakfast and lunch and both were great! Can’t wait to go back. For breakfast I had an everything bagel with cream cheese. Freshly baked and warm. Pretty simple, but good. For lunch I have had the Trifecta pizza. If you are meat lover at all like me, then this is right up your ally! The flatbread, crispy pizza comes with pepperoni, sausage, and BACON! Yes, pieces of crispy bacon all over the meaty, cheesy goodness! This location can get crazy right around lunch time, but they have a system, and it seems to works like a well-oiled machine! Order at the counter, get your number, get your table, get your food… pretty simple. I do love the«outdoor» sky light seating! great place to take a break from the work day!

I have visiting a few Cosi’s in my travels, but never one locally, until the fateful evening the family decided to do Holidazzle. So, emotions were a bit strained when we arrived about an hour before the parade started, and it did not help we waited 20 minutes for our food. Luckily, the fountain nearby is like kid-crack and kept the wee ones entertained, and the food, when it finally arrived, was good. Kid 1 had a cheese pizza which she did not complain much about(miracles!) and kid 2 had a turkey sandwich that he ate the turkey out of and all of his fruit cup, which was nice. Wife & I had sandwiches(turkey stuffing and chicken itsa?) that were good. The bread was tasty. If I worked in the area, I would enjoy visiting Cosi with a bit more frequency, but given it is in Minneapolis(shiver) it’s likely not going to happen soon… and there are places that serve beer that are not this place, and so… alas.
