If I could give a quarter of a star I would. Horrible customer service. I even called to say I was upset with how short my basket was and the manager defended it and said he made the basket. So, I let him know how I felt about it and how I ordered a blizzard without brownies in it and cookie dough instead. But, of course why would there be cookie dough in there when they have horrible service. It was full of brownies of course. I will never go back to this location ever again.

This is the worst run Dairy Queen I have ever visited. Employees are rude, service is slow. I actually watched the employee take out the garbage and not wash his hands. The owner needs to fire most of the staff and start over with new hires.

I have been to this new DQ at least 5 times and they never have enough staff and there is one employee that seems to always be working who is unfriendly, rude and seems like he doesn’t even want to be there. He never has a name tag on so don’t know what his name is. I will from now on go to either the other locations even though they are further away from me.
