I love DealDash! I’ve been using DealDash approximately 2 years now, and I think that their customer service is amazing. I’ve used other bidding sites before, but I always end up coming back to DealDash. any time that I’ve ever had a problem, for instance once I had one a Blu ray disc and it showed delivered to an address that wasn’t even in my state, as soon as I contacted customer service they immediately dispatched out another blu-​ray disc to me and I received it two days later. It”s true that you won’t always win the auction, but if you don’t win you can always buy the auction at the retail price and they will give you all of your bids back. You can see what the retail prices before you start bidding to see if its a price that you’re willing to pay for it or not. I personally find the gift card to be the best deal, because if you don’t win those you just pay the face value of the gift card and will ship it to you for free. As long as you’re bidding on a gift card for a place that you shop anyway its just a win win situation.

I wish I could give a zero too. This is a con game and I can’t believe this company exists. I have never been involved in an auction site in which you are actually charged for the privilege of bidding and you don’t get your bids back EVEN IF YOU DON“T WIN the item. Well, that isn’t completely true because you will get your bid pack returned if you choose to PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE ITEM YOU WERE BIDDING ON and lost. What would be the point of that exactly? I can drive to Old Navy and buy a $ 50. gift card without the assistance of Deal Dash. I am not a gambler and this company is designed for gamblers who enjoy losing there precious dollars. I am going to send an email to John Oliver in the hopes I will at least have the pleasure of the news spreading to a wider audience. Major con and I wish I had checked Unilocal before buying a bid pack. I have asked for a refund and received no response. I contacted my credit card company and they called Deal Dash to mediate before filing a claim and Deal Dash didn’t answer their phone. A claim has been filed.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! A friend at work suggested this site… WHAT A RIPOFF! I joined thinking it might be fun but found out that everyone on the site GROUP BIDS and was offered to join a group bid thru a chat site! I sent a message to Deal Dash about it but they could care less it seems! They told me it was not permitted but they dont stop it! IF you want to win anything the best way is to get 3 or 4 people together to bid every few times and that is the only way to beat the odds they say! I used a lot of bids and won nothing… convienent … to the same group of bidders but the customer service people could care less… even when you out them. Keep your money and find a legit site … or head to the goodwill! LOL! :) Just a tip… AVOID this site… NO CUSTOMER service and GROUP BIDDING… Enjoy your summer! XO

DealDash is a group of thieves. Very confusing site. I signed up, got some bid points and tried to win some golf balls and toilet paper.
the site took ALL my money, I got nothing. $ 33 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION.
