I’ve been using this service for about a month and so far everything has been so smooth. We didn’t have our first delivery (so no diapers or pail or anything) until a week before my due date… and my baby was a week and half early! Luckily we had some disposables as gifts to hold us over until the delivery.
If I had asked they probably would have made an earlier first delivery (no promises) since they seem so easy to deal with and are timely in their email responses. In one instance I emailed them asking where to dispose of the compostable wipes since I have cloth diapers. A quick reply told me to toss it in the same pail and they separate them later! What a service!
Every Monday we put the dirty bag on our stoop and by noon we have a clean bag of new diapers. We’ve pre-​paid for a year of service and I purchased a whole case of compostable wipes. So easy! We haven’t had to request a size change yet but I am confident the year of changing poopies and wets will be a snap.
