The mastermind behind Vin’s Italian truck went out and started killing it as my burger guy. Classic american burgers and fries the way your grandpa likes em, with a modern kick. The burgers’ names are almost as eye-catching as Vin’s mustache.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Minneapolis, MN
In the veritable sea of options that is Downtown Minneapolis over lunch hours, I chose poorly. Extremely poorly. For the sake of relativity I will measure Electric Burger Co’s cheeseburger against the rarely ordered single patty McDonald’s Cheeseburger. First, the prices: McDonald’s cheeseburger — $ 1.29(caveat, I think prices may vary); EBC — 7 or 8(I forget if there was an upcharge for cheese, but I think so. They don’t post their menu online). WINNER: McDonald’s. The Content: McDonald’s Cheeseburger — pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, cheese, thin beef patty, bun. EBC — pickles, onion, ketchup mustard, cheese, thin beef patty, bun. WINNER: McDonald’s, because the cheese was melted, or at least not cold. Taste: I think McDonald’s seasons their beef better by a long shot. Also, rarely difficult to chew. So, McDonald’s. WINNER: McDonald’s. Overall Winner: McDonalds. Seriously, I can’t figure out why the Hell this cheeseburger costs 8 dollars. It is less filling than a McDouble, and probably the single patty, too, Absolute insanity. At ~10 bucks for a burger and fries I expected at least some kind of substantial hamburger. It was less than a centimeter thick and just a smidge over the circumference of normal English muffin. I can’t believe there aren’t reviews of this place yet. Maybe I’m the only idiot. I beg you: learn from my mistakes.
