Worst customer service ever seen. I walked in to buy 2 water bottles and cages, the owner was showing me what he had, a gentleman walked in that bought some sort of electric bike. The owner immediately walked away from me, started helping this other gentleman, after about 3 minutes I asked if he would finish helping me, he said I’ll be right with you. So I walked out. i didn’t spend 1000.00 on an electric bike, but to walk away from a customer you were almost finished with, is a joke… careful, the little guy that didn’t spend 1000 dollars is still a customer… what a shame, only wish I could give 0 stars

Absolutely incredible experience here. I ordered an ebike on an Indiegogo campaign and 6 other bike shops in Minneapolis said no to helping me put it together. They said I didn’t buy it from them so they wouldn’t help. Not Evolve. They know ebikes and they welcomed me and helped me every step of the way. They made me feel like I did buy it from them and I will continue to use their services. In fact I spent an extra $ 300 on accessories for the bike. If you are an urban commuter, these guys have an amazing selection of products for you.

Stay away from this establishment! The owner is an angry man. A friend and I took our two 12 year old sons for an outing. First, we had some trouble finding the place so we were about 15 minutes late, our bad since it kept a lovely couple waiting(we did not know others would be part of our group). They were gracious and not upset. Then, there was some confusion about the size of our group vs the number of Groupons we had purchased. To make a long story short, we had purchased 6 Groupons and reserved 6 spots but only 4 of us showed up. The owner was angry that we were late and had not cancelled 2 of the reservations. He demanded that we pay for ANOTHER Groupon since the reservation stated that each Mom had 2 Groupons. when really one of us had 4 and the other had 1. He refused to honor the two unused! We should have cancelled those 24 hours in advance. He went on to accuse us of «trying to rip him off» and«scam» him in a very threatening manner. At one point he got out a clipboard and began ranting about all the people who were on a «waiting List» for the spots we hadn’t used. Remember, we had paid for them already, in fact 3 months ago. When we inquired if all those on the waiting list were prepaid Groupons he snarled«that’s none of your business». We were actually afraid of him at this point and sent our kids outside, his employees and customers were gone so we were alone with him. We paid him, in cash, what he demanded and did not wait for our change! My WORSTEVER consumer experience. Stay away

I found a segway deal on LivingSocial and wanted to give it a try. The woman who assisted was was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and remained patient with us as we did our test runs. The tours around Lake of the Isles was also beautiful! I would totally do the segway tour again with Segway Evolve… well worth the time and money!

I think this is the best Segway rental deal in the Twin Cities. We took advantage of a Google offer so it was less money than it would otherwise have been, but even apart from the money, I love that with Evolve, you can take the Segway and go motoring about on your own rather than following along on a tour. You can catch a bike path from near the shop to the Minneapolis lakes. Pay attention to your orientation, because the faster you get through that, the more time you’ll have to frolic about town. The Segways are very easy to use, and the guy running the shop when we were there was super-nice.(I’m guessing he’s the owner, but I don’t know.) It made me want a Segway for running errands.(Which I could have done if I were in the market, because they sell Segways and similar vehicles too.) Lots of fun, great for getting outdoors and seeing the scenery without too much exertion.
