The quality of their MAY be good, but it takes nearly two months to make an appointment.
If one simply cold calls them, that’s one thing. But it suggests to me they sell a million GroupOns and then have lots of disappointed customers who, like me, feel like they’ve been duped. Any of us would expect some delay between the time we call and the date they come, but really… two months? Really bad form. Really bad customer service.

Streak free, on time, fast cleaners. Had a Groupon but will definitely hire these guys again. Had some really high windows they weren’t a problem for them.
