Great and timely service. The driver was very cordial and helpful while taking my mother in law to the airport. He actually stepped out of the car (a big comfy executive style SUV) to ring the door bell and carry the luggage to the car. Upon arrival to the airport, he sent me a text msg confirming the drop-​off. Definitely worth the few extra bucks. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Exceptional Transportation for several years, and have recommended Pete to several friends and businesses. He is as dependable as they come, never misses a beat. Professional, courteous, and competitive rates. I should add that his driving style is perfect, and I trust him with even my best customers as airport transportation or whatever the occasion. His cars are always spotless, and while I’ve used many limo services over the years, none of them come close — I’m telling you, Exceptional Transportation can’t be beat.

This company was a HUGE help. My friend and I were suppose to fly into Rochester for a 50^th birthday party, after a day of major flight issues we finally ended up flying to Minneapolis. I called this company from Chicago, they were very nice, watched our flight info as it got delayed over and over and were there within 2 minutes of the time we went to the door to wait. In horrible weather the driver not only got us to the destination quickly but, very safely. We only ended up about an hour late when all was said and done, he even brought us right to the door of the restaurant. Great personality, great driving, great communication and for someone that gets nervous when being driven in bad weather I was totally at ease and felt very safe. Very highly recommend.
