Dr. Josan is a great person and a great eye doctor. We’ve been going to her since our children were in Jr. High School and she knows my family and is very personable. She is caring and thoughtful and provides great service to my entire family. Now that my children are college graduates they have made a decision to keep seeing her.

The doctor is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and as for her assistant/​receptionist, I feel that she can be rude and very straight forward. I’m going somewhere else this time just because of her. Whenever I call and ask her to fax over my prescription for my contact/​glasses because i had misplaced it, she would give me an attitude as if it’s so hard to do!

Dr. Ko is amazing! She is the most thorough optometrist I have ever had (and I have been wearing glasses since I was 3)! I have a complicated prescription and she has always gone out of her way to take the best care of me. This hasn’t always been the case. I have always had to settle for contacts even though they weren’t the best for me. She «made» me try many types until we found the type that worked best.
