Worst experience I ever had. Wouldn’t show up for the appointments they set. After warranty period expired, they started telling me I had to pay them money for a repair claim that was initiated within the 90 day warranty. How is it my fault, THEIR repair technician wouldn’t show up at the appointments! Good luck getting them to answer the phone or return a call. Mrs. Rouse was nice and pleasant on the phone, however clearly incompetent at her job.

Overpriced, will not return phonecalls, borderline incompetent repair personnel. When you finally get someone on the phone, or talk to them in person they come off as nice enough, but that doesn’t even begin to cover for the fact that they don’t do their job on time, if at all.
